This is a rehabbed, beautiful 2 Bd/2 Ba plus enclosed patio manufactured home! Feels like a brand new house. The house is open and bright and lots of room for entertaining. There are dark laminate floors and recessed lights throughout house . Granite counter tops in kitchen, bathrooms, and desk area. The enclosed patio, which was redone as well, and can be used as a 3rd bedroom or for entertaining. Patio exits to a private Jacuzzi with it's own enclosed and private fence. There is a private and fenced back yard for entertaining. There's a brand new AC, that works well on those hot days! Heater also works great for those cold nights! There is a king bed in master bedroom with it's own master bathroom and a queen bed in 2nd bedroom. There is also a futon in the family room I have .Cable tv (basic cable) and internet(wifi) throughout the house. I have a older golf cart in shed for golfers wishing to use it! The clubhouse offers, a restaurant, pools and large hot tubs. Golf course is available as well.
