This spacious 3-bedroom villa has been beautifully furnished to offer both the comforts of home and the luxury of a tropical vacation. The large lanai, complete with comfortable armchairs and a large couch, allows you to enjoy the indoor/outdoor lifestyle from sunrise to sunset. You can choose to keep the lanai doors open to let in the fresh Hawaiian breeze or use the central air-conditioning for added comfort.
The villa features a state-of-the-art kitchen designed by renowned Master Chef Roy Yamaguchi, equipped with premium Sub-Zero and Wolf appliances. The granite kitchen island has four bar stools for casual dining and socializing, while the large dining table seats eight people comfortably. The living room boasts a large modular sofa that can be rearranged to sleep two additional guests, and Netflix is available on the 55” flat-screen TV for endless entertainment options.
The master bedroom opens up to the lanai and has a luxurious en-suite bathroom with a deep soaking tub, large separate shower, double sinks, and a walk-in closet. The second bedroom features a queen-sized bed, and the third bedroom offers two TwinXL beds that can be converted into a king bed upon request. All beds are top-of-the-line Sealy Posturepedic mattresses with sumptuous linens, plush pillows, and cozy down comforters. For your convenience, a Bosch washer and dryer are provided in the unit, so feel free to pack light.

This villa comes with two parking stalls allocated to the property. If you require extra parking stalls, it will be subject to the Resort`s discretion and availability. 1. Cancellation Window: Cancellations made within 45 days of the scheduled arrival date will result in forfeiture of your deposit, unless the rental time is successfully re-booked at the same rate.

3. Rescheduling Policy: Any changes to your reservation within 45 days of the arrival date will be considered a cancellation.
