Positive: We had a wonderful 6-night stay and would happily stay here again. The location is excellent: Pilgramgasse station is only a few minutes away, making it very easy to reach Karlsplatz, the city center, Schönbrunn Palace, and many other attractions. Mariahilfer Straße is also within walking distance. Grocery shopping was very convenient as well, with a SPAR supermarket about 1 minute away and a BILLA supermarket only 3–4 minutes away on foot. We stayed as a family of three (two adults and a 10-year-old child), and the apartment was comfortable for all of us. The apartment was exactly as shown in the photos, very clean, and smelled fresh when we arrived. It was well equipped with everything we needed, including kitchen utensils, dishwasher tablets, paper towels, a washer-dryer, laundry detergent, a drying rack, an iron, and an ironing board. The bathroom was spacious and clean, and there were enough towels for our family of three. The sofa bed was prepared as requested, and extra bedding and pillows were available. The tap water was safe to drink, which was very convenient during our stay. The self-check-in process was smooth and easy to follow. The building was very quiet; we only saw other guests once or twice during our stay and never had any noise issues. We slept very comfortably every night. The waste disposal area near the entrance was also easy to use. The Wi-Fi worked well, and Diana was an excellent host. She answered all our questions before the trip and responded quickly whenever we needed help during our stay. We really enjoyed Vienna and appreciate all the effort Diana put into making the apartment comfortable for guests.
Negative: Nothing significant. We stayed as a family of three (two adults and a 10-year-old child), and the apartment worked well for us. As a small suggestion, a handheld vacuum cleaner or small broom could be useful for guests staying several days. Also, replacing the fixed marble table with a small round dining table and adding a third stool could make meals a little more comfortable for three guests.
Summary: Comfortable, clean and well-located apartment with a helpful host – we would gladly stay here again.
