Positive: The place is quite close to the main square. It was possible to leave the vehicle parked after checkout to be able to enjoy the town a little bit more.

Negative: The room didn't have an outside view. It was a closed backyard. It would be nice also to be able to enjoy the breakfast inside the hotel, for instance, in the backyard next to the reception.
