Negative: On check out we realised we had left a bag with private papers and ID in plus clothing and personal belongings. Contacted to arrange to retrieve belongings and items had no reply. An hour after the request for belongings we sent a message saying we owed money for cleaning when the property was left spotless clean. Would not recommend this lodge to anyone if like myself you are forgetful and would like your belongings back
