The original front part of the house was built in the 1800's and restored in 2001 at which time, a large addition with a spacious dining room, breakfast nook, gourmet kitchen and family room on the first floor and master bedroom suite on the second floor was built. The house is beautifully decorated and a comfortable home. The kitchen has a Viking stove, Subzero refrigerator, Bosch dishwasher and cherry cabinets. There is a library filled with books and outfitted for quiet reading or work (internet access upon prior request), or is a great place for the kids to play games. A fence for privacy, an irrigation system and new plantings which make the large patio area as well as a yard an enjoyable place to sit out and relax. Central air conditioning. High speed internet

The Town of Nantucket or simply “Town” as many call it, is the epicenter of life on the island. The Brant Point and Cliff areas are next to Town and offer several options for sunbathing at one of the north shore beaches. Also most of the bike paths are accessible from Town, making the rest of the island just a bike ride away!
