KARIS COTTAGE is truly one-of-a-kind.You will find 6 bedrooms, PLUS a great, fun kids bunk room, and 4 full baths on an amazingly FLAT 20 lakefront acres. Karis Cottage is conveniently located in Osage Beach, the center of all your Lake of the Ozarks activities. By water, Karis is located at the 28 mile marker of the Osage Arm, in old 'Racetrack Cove.'

We call KARIS a COTTAGE because it is cozy, comfortable, and welcoming. The home is 4600 square feet with beds for 22 people. The sleeping accommodations are set up as follows:
Upstairs:
Bedroom 1: King bed and full futon with master bath
Bedroom 2: King bed with master bath attached
Bedroom 3, 4, and 5: Queen beds
Bedrooms 3, 4, and 5 share upstairs hall bath
Downstairs:
Bedroom 6: Queen Bed
Bunk room: Sleeps 9
Bunkroom (bedroom 7) and Bedroom 6 share the downstairs bathroom
Roku TV's in Master Bedroom, Upstairs Family Room and Downstairs Family Room. You may watch free Roku channels or log into your own paid Netflix or other accounts. High speed WIFI provided.
Karis Cottage features a fully equipped eat-in kitchen with stainless steel appliances, double oven, granite countertops, and tile backsplash. The kitchen is equipped with dishware, pots, pans, appliances, a Keurig single serve coffee maker and a drip coffee maker.
Gas grill with gas provided on upper deck for your lakefront barbecuing pleasure.
There are several dining areas in and around the cottage. In the kitchen, you will find an 8 seat dining table and a bar for 3-4. On the upper deck is an additional outdoor dining table that seats 4. The lower poolside patio deck features a 6 person dining table. Your family will enjoy s'mores around the fire pit which features 2 large picnic tables beside the creek.
KARIS COTTAGE features 2 living areas. A cozy living area is attached to the kitchen/dining area. There is a second, larger living area downstairs. Downstairs is also equipped with a refrigerator/freezer and wetbar.
Bath and kitchen towels are provided, but we ask our guest to bring pool/beach towels. There's plenty of space to do laundry in the washer and dryer conveniently located by the downstairs walkout to the pool.
Weekly (7 night rentals, Saturday-Saturday, during peak season, will be given first priority.) We will open up 3 night rentals after we secure most of our weekly rental slots.
**KARIS COTTAGE IS AVAILABLE FOR FAMILY BOOKINGS. THE BUNK ROOM IS APPROPRIATE FOR CHILDREN AND TEENS. WE DO NOT RENT TO UNRELATED SINGLES WITHOUT PRIOR APPROVAL. (NO FRATERNITY/SORORITY, ETC. MINIMUM RENTAL AGE IS 25.) IF YOU ARE UNCERTAIN WHETHER YOUR GROUP MEETS OUR HOUSE RULES, PLEASE DO NOT REQUEST TO BOOK WITHOUT FIRST SENDING AN INQUIRY.
**TWO EXTERIOR SECURITY CAMERAS ARE PRESENT ON THE PROPERTY. ONE ABOVE THE GARAGE FACING THE DRIVEWAY AND ONE ON THE BACK PATIO FACING THE BACK YARD.

****ATTENTION BOATERS!***: Karis cottage sits on 20 FLAT lakefront acres. We love the gentle lakefront. However, the more shallow water is not always ideal for very large boats. We have a 27 foot SeaRay which does well, and rental companies are happy to deliver boats to our home, but if this is a problem or concern, please inquire. We do not control the lake levels....Ameren does. At times during the summer there may be as little as 3 feet of water at the dock.
We swim off of the dock (NO DIVING), kayak, and paddle boat throughout the year with no issue. It is a great place to fish and enjoy the sunsets. If you need a place to dock your boat in the off-season, please inquire about water levels to assure you have adequate depth. Thank you!
