Positive: The castle and the courtyard where the rooms are located are very beautiful.

Negative: There are no sheets, towels and toiletries. In my opinion you expect these items to be part of the service and you should not be expected to read on the small print to discover that they are not available. To get them from the hotel you have to pay quite a lot of extra money on top of a quite expensive fee for the rooms. The toilets are on the ground floor and the bedrooms (that are like monk cells and have no furniture) are upstairs. Considering the steepness of the stairs it is quite dangerous to go to the toilet during the night.
