Travel Purpose: business

Positive: I had a wonderful stay at this property! The space was immaculately clean, spacious, and modern — everything felt brand new. The beds were incredibly comfortable. The host really thought of everything to ensure a smooth stay - from laundry detergent to cutlery and kitchenware. All the essentials were provided to make the stay now comfortable, and I appreciated the attention to detail. The location is unbeatable — just a short walk from Ueno Station, and there are plenty of food options nearby, including a Family Mart for convenience.

Negative: A few minor things to note (not negatives, just feedback): There are two front doors with separate codes, which was a bit confusing at first. The inside of the elevator was covered in wrap though I think this was due to ongoing renovations. Only one light switch for the entire room, so it would’ve been nice to control lights in different areas. No full-length mirror. The trash bins were a little unclear, especially the one labelled "burnable recycling."
