Positive: The best thing about the location is the views

Negative: The apartment was very dirty, you could see a lot had not been cleaned in a very long time, the walls were very mouldy which is very bad for your health, there were some major holes in the corridor, the bathroom shower was full of mould too as well as the bathroom window, the apartment needs to be freshen up...you can see its been very used and not painted in a long time but most important very little care in the entire process. All the kitchen items were extremely greasy, and you needed to wash everything before touching anything. Additionally, Lanzarote is a very windy and when in the living room, you can hear the noise constantly as it's not properly isolated, not terrible, but can be annoying at times. The rooftop terrace was not set up and was completely dirty and nothing like the pictures... I wrote to the host that we were cold the first night, and we never got a response in 4 days. He only reached back to ask when we would check out and to make sure to take the garbage out (which obviously we did). I work in the same industry, so I understand that care for the guests is one of the most important and precious things of all.
