Positive: Good accessibility to Gare St Jean Tram takes you directly there Clean rooms

Negative: We changed rooms because of leak in ceiling and noise. TV did not work in either room due lack of maintenance. Breakfasts were OK but you must order simple everything- butter,milk, SELECTION jams ,yogourt,cereal?,sugar,fruit juice,FRUIT- we only had a few grapes each day in jar. Croissant/pain au chocolate etc. General lack of direction/ supervision and maintenance. But willing, charming staff who were keen to help Rooms - no service for making beds etc which we had expected. That was very disappointing and not reflected in price.

Summary: Enjoyed our time but being on holiday there, we found it slightly disappointing
