This recently remodeled 2 bedroom 2 bath mobile home, located in Hillcrest Bay, overlooks the Bill Williams Reserve, Lake Havasu and Havasu Springs. Beautiful Lake views and sits only a mile from the famous Parker Strip on the Colorado River. Multiple restaurants and floating bars sit along this strip of river. You can sit outside of any of these restaurants and watch the boats speed by.
Lake Havasu free boat ramp is 1 mile away, and you can launch on the river within 2 miles. The property lies at the south end of Lake Havasu, so gets less boat traffic, but a lot of events take place within view of the property, including water skiing, boat racing, etc.
Plenty of parking in front of home for your truck and boat or toy trailer. Garage parking for your car or small boat. There are innumerable trails for 4 wheeling.
