Positive: The location was good in the sense that you could access the lake from there, but the boats were not in great condition. The staff was helpful, food was OK, breakfast was poor.

Negative: The property definitely needs an upgrade. There was construction material all around in all the areas of the accommodation. The reception is 200mtrs away from the common area/restaurant, and 300mtrs away from the rooms, and there is no cart that can take you there. If you have luggage, bear in mind that you will have to walk those meters uphill to get to the reception. As you are by the lake, full of insects, but no mosquito net in the room. Poor breakfast. No good value.

Summary: Good, but no good value. It is expensive for what it is.
