If you’d like to add pool heating, please let us know in advance so we can arrange it for you. The cost is $35 per day of your stay and will be invoiced separately. We kindly ask for at least one week’s notice. During colder or rainy weather, pool use may be less enjoyable. The pool is serviced weekly; however, after rain, some debris may enter the water and cause slight discoloration.
A damage protection option is required prior to arrival and is processed through our third-party system:
1-night stays: A $250 refundable security deposit (pre-authorized hold, not a charge), released after a damage-free inspection.
2+ night stays: Choose between the $250 refundable deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver of $20 per night (capped at $100), which covers accidental damages beyond normal wear and tear.

This is a self-catering home, so supplies are not replenished during your stay. Each bathroom includes shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, and one roll of toilet paper. The laundry area includes detergent pods for up to two loads. In the kitchen, you’ll find a paper towel roll, a few trash bags, dish soap, and a sponge.
