Positive: The view was great. The host was responsive.

Negative: The apartment was not clean. A lot of the dishes had to be rewashed before we felt ok using them. The floors were filthy and made the bottoms of our feet black. The coffee table was broken with a sharp edge making it dangerous for our kids. The “free parking on premises” was a spot only big enough for a compact car, which wasn’t shared with us even though we said we’d be driving there. There was free public parking next to the apartment, but likely would be hard to find a spot during peak season.

Summary: Overall the apartment was comfortable for four adults and two kids, but not clean and the parking was inadequate.
