Positive: The location is excellent, walk distance to design district shops and restaurants, very close to downtown by car and a 10/15 min drive to the beach. The apartment is spacious with washing machine, dryer, kitchen, very good WiFi and all the things you need. The swimming pool, club house and gym are really good. Free parking is a great plus.

Negative: This could easily be a 10/10 property if some small but important improvements were made: dishwasher didn’t work, shower leaking, door windows not closing well, hairdryer not working, and the bunk bed is very creaky. It took us some time to figure out how the door code worked, the customer service agents are polite and willing to help but they are not on site making it difficult to get real time support.
