This 4412 square foot vacation home is a dream!
Downstairs there are two master suites with king beds, built in fireplaces, and walk in closets. There is an additional en-suite bedroom downstairs with a king bed and private bathroom. Upstairs you will find one more en-suite bedroom with a king bed and private bathroom. Additionally, upstairs has a custom built bunk room with 6 single beds, walk in closet and a shared bathroom. There is also a 65 inch TV with two couches (one sleeper sofa), Arcade and a game closet!!
The kitchen is fully equipped with Thermador and Sub Zero professional appliances. You will also find a Cuisinart toaster, Cuisinart drip coffee pot, Keurig, Kitchen Aid mixer and Ninja Blender. It is equipped with two sinks, two dishwashers, microwave, ice machine and beverage cooler. This kitchen is ready for your family to cook and bake!
Outside we have a Weber grill, dining table, lounge chairs, gas fire pit, and a hot tub that is serviced based on the rental schedule.
There are 5 Smart TV’s all set up for streaming. Cable is also part of this rental.
“What amenities do you offer?” When booking our home you will have access to the Caldera Springs pool, pickle ball/tennis/basketball courts, gym, and family game room. In addition, as owners we provide 5 adult bikes, 5+ river rafts, 1 hard shell kayak, Paddle Board, TRX suspension bands, dumbbell set, weight bench.
You will also have access to a well-insulated three car garage. This home is equipped with exterior cameras for security reasons.

Caldera Springs is a beautiful resort nestled right next to Sunriver Resort. We have 9 miles of paved bike paths and more coming!
