It is in a gated, secured community that offers some of the most luxurious beachfront condominiums in the north coast of the Dominican Republic.
The residence is on a quiet, private beach (Playa Imbert), and can be used as an “all-inclusive” resort with its own restaurants, beach club, swimming pools etc. - yet it is less than 5 minute walk from the center of Sosua (El Batey) and all its restaurants, bars, shops, clubs, supermarkets etc!

Standard occupancy is 6 people (as there are 3 bedrooms with 2 king size beds and 1 queen size bed, with orthopedic mattresses), but 2 additional kids below 12 years old can comfortably sleep on the sofas.
The residence is guest-friendly (you can invite anybody without any additional fee, respecting the maximum overnight capacity of 2 adults per bedroom, but make sure to register your guests before midnight).
Proof of identity and refundable security deposit required by residence. Flexible check-in/check-out times, according to availability (if you arrive outside office hours, a prior arrangement is required, and an additional fee may apply).
