Positive: It's a small container home. Cute and pleasant.

Negative: No hot water, which I think at that price you should have at least have that. Also noise from the house behind. It's really a cute place i just think that at that price you can get better. The kitchen is also very basic. Would have been nice to have at least a bench outside to sit
