The cottage has an open plan lounge and kitchen, 3 bedrooms off the lounge.
The recently renovated kitchen boasts a nice big fridge and has everything you need, including a fold-out dining table suitable for eating meals around.
The new bathroom has a good-sized shower, vanity, and toilet. Separate laundry with washing machine
The house is very compact (70sqm) but has a lovely fully fenced back yard that is excellent for children and dogs to play and a covered verandah to enjoy a quiet drink on, outdoor kitchen area and fridge for outside entertaining.

Summary: Twizel township is a lovely place, we were surprised at the night life on the streets but it was still a nice relaxing place to go for the weekend. The heatpump didnt seem to want to operate with the remote. And there were a heap of bottle caps in driveway, which were not ours. All in all we would come back when affordable, it was a nice place.
