Summary: The studio was great! Clean and updated with tasteful decor. Comfortable bed. This is a second floor unit and we loved the balcony view of the small beach. We enjoyed coffee and meals out there often. The property manager could not have been more friendly and accommodating! Although the building is secured by a gate and additional locked door inside, the neighborhood towards Sandy Ground is a little sketchy. There were a few incidents that were unsettling. The occupants of the building, a mix of owners and renters, were a variety of nationalities and were all friendly and helpful. There is a small laundry facility just outside the gate which is helpful. Easy walk into Marigot. Speed of communication with the owner could be improved. The nice, sturdy beach chairs were appreciated!
