Enjoy your holidays in the wonderful natural and cultural landscape of the Sierra de Tramuntana, in a charming stone house with a swimming pool, surrounded by several terraces with views and a garden full of centuries-old olive trees. Our house was completed in 2009 and is in a fantastic mountain location. Enjoy the tranquility, the wonderful panoramic views of the sea and absolute privacy. The house has a large, open living room with dining room and kitchen, and on the upper floor, two bedrooms and a bathroom with bathtub and separate shower. There is sun all day and the sunsets are spectacular. Please note: car rental is essential. From the meeting point at Mirador de ses Barques to the main entrance of the property is about 600 meters away and you have to drive on an unpaved and bumpy country road. Once inside the property, the road to the parking lot next to the house is paved, and has some downward curves. WARNING: ROAD NOT RECOMMENDED FOR VERY FEARFUL DRIVERS. A Crossover type car with full insurance is recommended. Children over 6 years old are welcome, although the property does not have safety guards or railings in some high places.
