Travel Purpose: business

Positive: with the property being located right on the main A1 trunk route it was very convenient for travelling around and surprisigly quiet will little or no traffic noise at all.

Negative: The only gripe was around some others on the site bending the rules relating to noise in the late evening and early morning .Appears thsat there are some who are using these holiday accomodations to house staff working locally so there were small commercial vehicles parked on grass areas and being started up at 5:30 am some days which was quiet annoying

Summary: Quiet well equiped property with great access to surrounding countryside and coastline
