Positive: We loved the cleanliness of the place! The cleaning is done every day and it is done thoroughly, the sheets are changed every 3 days. The TV with Youtube and Netflix is great for winter time, when you get into the room earlier. The kitchen is clean, there is a microwave, fridge, kettle and coffee machine. The area is great for taking train excursions to Amalfi, Sorrento, Positano, Rome, Pompeii. We did not feel unsafe, the area is ok, with many markets and cafes around. The communication witht the host was great, the check-in process was clear and easy. The matress and the pillows are great. The Christmas decorations gave the place a very friendly and cozy vibe, we felt like at home.

Negative: The room was quite small (we had the one with a balcony), but it wasn't a major problem. Also, some coat hooks right at the entrance into the room would be great, so that you wouldn't have to put the jackets on the same hanger as your other clothes, especially if you come after a walk in the rain.
