It features a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, an automatic drip coffee maker. The kitchen area opens up to the dining & living areas. The living room features a TV, queen sleep sofa, ceiling fan, fireplace, and sliders to side balcony with partial views of the ocean. The primary suite includes a king bed, TV, and sliders to side balcony with a partial view of the ocean. The master suit includes a double vanity sink, jetted soaking tub and a stand-alone glass enclosed shower. The 2nd bedroom features 2 full beds, tv, and ceiling fan. The 3rd bedroom features a queen bed, TV, and ceiling fan. The hall bath features a shower/tub combo. For your added convenience, the owner provides a washer, a dryer, wifi and internet. 2 Parking spots are included. (Parking clearance is 6ft 10inches).
