You’ll enjoy the spacious, vaulted ceilings in the great-room. The open concept kitchen has stainless steel appliances and a large granite island and countertops. This gorgeous home comes with a fully equipped kitchen, including stainless steel appliances, granite island and countertops, and everything you’ll need for a comfortable stay. Because this is a brand new home, every amenity and piece of furniture is also brand new, including the 8-person dining table, sofas, tables and outdoor wooden lounge chairs!
Kid-friendly:
The bunk-room on the top floor also acts as a game room/loft area. We designed it with your kids in mind. After playing at the beach, they can have even more fun with board games and the strobe light while the adults get some R&R in all the lounge areas. The home is kid-friendly and safe with outlet covers in all the areas where infants and toddlers can reach. As well, we have 2 high chairs, 2 pack n plays, and durable, childproof kitchenware that you don't have to worry about breaking.
TV's:
Smart TV's provided everywhere throughout the home! We have a 32” TV in every bedroom, a 50” TV in the master bedroom, and a 75” TV in the living room.
Hospitality:
This home was designed with your comfort in mind. We have carefully selected hotel-quality amenities to accommodate large groups including throw blankets, beach towels, and linens. We also have a contact person available 24/7 for emergencies, but we kindly ask that you only contact us during business hours for non-emergency items.
OUTDOORS:
1st Floor:
A main highlight of this home is the clear ocean view from the West & East decks, as well as from the downstairs lounge areas. Enjoy a cup of coffee or tea along with your favorite book, or catch up with your loved ones while listening to the waves just beyond the deck. We have plenty of outdoor seating and lounge areas to unplug & unwind. There are also more ocean views on the East deck, just outside Bedroom #1 & 2. Let the ocean hit your 5 senses first thing in the morning and last thing at night!
Ground Floor:
You may end up spending your entire time downstairs. It has everything you need to unplug and enjoy the beach life. The plentiful outdoor seating easily accommodates our max group of 21 people. Watch your favorite shows, movies or sports events on the 50” outdoor TV. Bring your own charcoal to BBQ on the park-style grill. Store extra food in the downstairs custom-made ice chest. As well, utilize it for beverages and BBQ items for your convenience so you don’t have to go up and down the stairs so much while hanging out and grilling. In just a few steps you're back home from the beach and can freshen up with the outdoor shower downstairs.

1. We provide a starter kit of household goods & essentials, including paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, hand & dish soaps, as well as coffee & tea essentials! (If you are staying more than 2 days you will likely need to purchase more.)
