Enjoy the private putting green for the golf enthusiast. Comes with putters, balls and corn-hole for additional fun and games.
The Master Suite is spacious with huge shower and bath area. The master opens to a huge lanai and pool area. The 2nd Bedroom also accommodates a king-size bed. The 3rd bedroom can sleep multiple adults with 2 full size beds which is new and modern.
The house is equipped with Smart TV's for watching all your favorite apps and shows. A beautiful white vinyl fence surrounds the property for peace, privacy, relaxation and security.
This house is fully equipped with lots of amenities, too many to list. For starters we purchased all (4) NEW Bicycles for everyone to enjoy a ride Downtown or to the Beach & Boat House Restaurant. We added a putting green for all the golfers in the group.
Enjoy the light show at night in front and back of the home with multi color lights that come on automatically and make the property shine at night. Don't forget to check out all the different palm trees, from a Fox Tail Palm, the Christmas Palms, and of course the Royal Palms in the back…super tropical at this property. The large lanai offers plenty of space and seating to relax in the sun and to enjoy the Heated Salt Pool.
This home has a private 180-foot captains walk with Tiki-Hut for coffee, brunch, dinners or just relaxing by the water. Fishing is good right off the dock!
Walk or Bike to Yacht Club to enjoy The Boat House Restaurant. Just a over a mile away is Downtown Cape Coral for a nice walk or bike ride for lunch and many activities throughout the year… farmers markets, Live Music, Restaurants and Shopping.
