Summary: Room was very clean. Bed was good, and more comfortable than I expected. Pillows were uniform, and quite firm (more than I like). Staff was very friendly--It was pouring rain, and I'd forgotten my raincoat, only bringing a warm fleece. The front office person loaned me her large personal umbrella, which saved my bacon.
