Positive: The location is excellent

Negative: The parking is a little troublesome being over a busy road & hard to find in the first instance. Phone signal is appalling in the property. The stairs are very steep and made more treacherous by ill-fitting carpet. The bathroom window should be glazed with obscured glass as opening is a must to prevent damp & odours but not easy due to the blind. Could this be hung the other way up to allow for discretion? The light switch in the second bedroom is located so as to be unreachable from the top bunk. A second lamp for the top bunk would be advantageous. There was mould on the chopping boards. The eboiler malfunctioned one Saturday morning and, despite reporting it at the time we were contacted via phone on Monday evening while we went to dinner. They did not respond via email as they committed to.

Summary: The location is perfect and the cottage sweet. Some alterations are required
