We are offering our luxury townhouse for guests to enjoy this beautifully renovated 2 bedroom-2 bath home. The remodeled kitchen has gorgeous new cabinets, with wine rack, granite countertops, new stove with seating for 4
or more at it's large counter. The master bedroom has comfy king size bed with large walk-in closet and private bathroom. The guest bedroom has two full sized beds (can sleep 4 children) with a smaller walk in closet. You can easily turn the roomy couch into a queen size bed! TV's with remote in all rooms with ceiling fans in the bedrooms. Each room has beautiful new shutters with sliding door opening to the patio.
THE RESORT
The townhouse is situated in a semi-private country club called PALM DESERT RESORT AND COUNTRY CLUB located in Palm Desert just 20 minutes from the airport. The resort offers 18-hole par 72 regulation golf course with gorgeous mountain views, lovely water features and wide greenbelts. Strategic location of the many lakes and sand bunkers, as well as a choice of four tee placements on every hole provides a challenge for both professional and novice golfers alike! Complete practice facilities are also available with some of the lowest green fees around!
The resort has 20 swimming pools and hot tubs, clubhouse with restaurant, bar and pro shops.
Adjacent to the clubhouse and walking distance are 13 tennis courts. All courts are lighted for evening use and the tennis pro provides a array of services-from lessons to merchandise and rentals, and the ability to arrange tennis matches for you with other residents or guests. The rate to play tennis are reasonable and the pro shop offers great daily, weekly or monthly tennis rates to renters.
A snack shop is located next to the tennis courts and near the club house. The clubhouse offers a wonderful informal dining experience and the Oasis Bar and Grill lounge is a popular place to relax and enjoy some refreshments.
AREA
There are many restaurants, shopping and entertainment opportunities nearby and local casinos for those of you who like to gamble (only 10 minutes drive to either Aqua Caliente or Fantasy Spring Casino). The infamous street fair is every Saturday and Sunday at the College of the Desert (a 10 minutes drive). El Paseo is also a short drive
where you can enjoy high end vendors and a huge variety of restaurants. Hiking and picnicking in Joshua National park or tramming to San Jacinto Set Park wilderness is always popular among the visitors. The visitors center is located at 730470 El Paseo Drive Suite F-7. Only 20 minutes to outlet shopping and 15 minutes to Soak City Water Park. The Living Desert is a great zoo and botanical garden and only a 15 minute dive.
