The first floor of this fine rental includes a wonderful open area with a well-equipped kitchen and breakfast bar, spacious dining area and living room with attached deck for outdoor barbeques and intimate conversations while soaking in the scenic surroundings. The first floor also offers full bathroom and a primary bedroom with king size bed and ensuite bathroom.
The second floor has an additional full bathroom with custom shower and two additional bedrooms; one with two twin beds and one with a King bed and awesome views of Cape Cod Bay from the private deck.
Some other amenities to brag about are central air conditioning, sheets and towels including beach towels, and WiFi boosters to ensure there is strong signal even in the upper and lower reaches of the interior.

Tenant further acknowledges and agrees that where Kinlin Grover Compass undertakes to re-let the property, the rental fee to be charged to the substitute tenant shall be in an amount to be determined in the reasonable discretion of Kinlin Grover Compass and Owner. Tenant agrees that any cancellation of the reservation, undertaken at any time, shall not be effective unless in writing and delivered to Kinlin Grover Compass.
