The top level boasts a luxurious primary suite featuring a king bedroom, private ocean-view balcony, and an ensuite bath with a spacious walk-in tile shower. The fully stocked kitchen is perfect for preparing meals, while the dining area offers ample space for everyone to gather and enjoy. The bright and airy living room flows to decks with seating, as well as a covered porch with seating, ideal for morning coffee or evening cocktails.
