This two-story home sits on a small peninsula just north of Granite Point, granting it breathtaking ocean views to both the north and south. It's a scenic and convenient setting, equidistant from charming Kennebunkport (eight miles south) and downtown Biddeford (eight miles north). When you're not enjoying the public beach only a mile away, you'll be close to Fortune Rocks Beach (two miles) and Goose Rocks Beach (three miles) as well.
The house was designed to showcase its setting, which it does beautifully inside and out. Spend mornings, afternoons, and evenings out back, taking in the spectacular view whether you're sipping your first cup of coffee or barbecuing on the gas grill at sunset.
Banks of windows and glass doors bring the view inside as well, providing sunlight and scenery as you cook in the elegant kitchen, sit down for breakfast at the dining room table, and stream movies in the living room. All four bedrooms are upstairs, each looking out over the ocean and shoreline.
