The Casa degli Ulivi has a personal access road with private parking and owes its name to the large lawn that surrounds the whole apartment and overlooks the terraces of olive trees that slope down to the valley.
The cottage has air conditioning, is spread over two floors and has two entrances to the outside. On the ground floor, there is a large living room with a sofa bed, a characteristic fireplace, and a beautiful glass window overlooking the countryside, a well-furnished kitchen and a bathroom. Outside you have a beautiful porch perfect to eat and relax around the large table sheltered from the sun by the pretty canopy.
