This Townhome is the third back from the beachfront, cleverly designed with ocean views from the bedrooms and patio. It's ideally located with Omanu's famous Surf Road cafe a short walk away. Mount Shops, restaurants and walking trails all within an easy bike ride.
Far enough away from the 'main drag' of the Mount to encourage a relaxing restful holiday. The home suits mature couples or a family. Not suitable for groups of young adults or noisy party people.
We love how private this section of the beach feels, surrounded by some of New Zealand's most architecturally inspiring beach homes. The home is like being in a luxury townhome, but it's at the beach. Luxury, laidback.
Layout: upstairs open plan kitchen, dining & living with 2 patios & weber BBQ. Master bedroom, bathroom & walk-in wardrobe. Seperate guest w/c.
Downstairs: 2 bedrooms with shared bathroom, laundry, outdoor shower with beach at the back door. Double car garage (which is typically locked with our personal effects).
