Summary: This hotel is claimed to be a 5 star hotel which it’s definitely not. The staff in the reception where welcoming and nice but the breakfast staff all looked pissed off. I rank this hotel as 2-3 stars tops and here’s why: 1. The room is spacy but the bathroom comes without lotion and separate shampoo and conditioner. The have a shower gel that is all in one - that says a lot. 2. The fitness room is falling apart. They Didner even bother to refill the water. The machines are worn out and the free weights go to 12 kg only. The warmup machines, 50% did not work at all. No music in the fitness room. No staff that took care of it. 3. The hotel has spa in its name. In the indoor pool area its water leakage and not all chairs have pillows. The water was not warm, at most is was lukewarm. The hot tub was also just lukewarm and 1/2 was broken. The steam sauna was broken and there were almost zero slots available for massage even though the hotel was almost empty. 4. The breakfast has zero luxury and they did not refill fast enough for people to get what they wanted. It felt like bed and breakfast.
