Summary: The rooms we booked encountered water pipe issues and we needed to go to another Riad for the 3-day stay. In return, Palais Shazam Riad offered us free massage for each guest. But the condition for the hotel we finally stayed was a bit behind my expectations and needed some improvement and renovation.
