At Waterview Towers, the balcony runs the entire expanse of the condominium and YOU get to experience that beauty while enjoying your time away visiting our home at the beach.....HUGE EXPANSIVE VIEWS. This unit faces the East Pass and the Gulf of Mexico beyond. After all, what's a beach getaway without a view? Because of our location, the East Pass area of Holiday Isle, you get to experience all that Destin has to offer...sugar sand beaches, crystal clear pool, boating, dolphins playing, harbor activity, sights and sounds and INCREDIBLE sunsets!
Waterview Towers is a quiet and private 33 unit building at the end of Holiday Isle . This is a NO SMOKING/NO PET building. We do not permit smoking or pets in our unit; this includes no smoking on the balcony. Strictly enforced. Owner will be notified by HOA if these rules are not adhered to by renter.
This is a secure property with locked entrances to every access point on the property where entry is only available with a security pass code. With private East Pass beach access, a community pool and our beautifully appointed unit as a haven for your vacation; we offer some of the best condominium options in Destin. You see, Holiday Isle is Destin's best kept secret. This beautiful peninsula gives our guests the best of all worlds; easy access to the Gulf and Harbor, close proximity to shopping and dining, a pedestrian friendly community, and amazing views. Our guests have the unique opportunity to watch Destin's fishing fleet and recreational boaters make their way in and out of the historic Destin Harbor. You'll also be sure to catch amazing sunrises and sunsets daily from our large private balcony. If you want to feel like you're a world away from the crowds of Destin, but still be within walking distance of the best attractions, Holiday Isle is the perfect community for your vacation.
Enjoy your vacation in our spacious 4th floor unit overlooking the East Pass and beyond, the Gulf of Mexico. Unit 401 sleeps 8 guests and is a NON SMOKING UNIT (no smoking in unit or building). Each of the three bedrooms has a TV and the main living area has a SAMSUNG 60 inch LED SMART TV. Music/Movie streaming apps available on TV.
The MASTER BEDROOM faces the water and boasts spectacular views from the wall of windows that meet at the corner and provides private access to the balcony. You are so close to the water that you would think you were on a cruise ship. End and begin your day in a king size bed. Large walk in closet for your convenience. En suite bathroom has double sinks, tub/shower combination and BIDET/WASHLET with heated water and seat.
The SECOND MASTER/GUEST BEDROOM is furnished with a king size bed & more spectacular views from your window that provides private access to balcony. Walk in closet. En suite bathroom with double sinks & a water closet with a tub/shower combination.
The THIRD GUEST BEDROOM sleeps 4 with a queen size bed and a trundle that accommodates two twins . Large picture window with south view of the gulf and jetty's.
*Internet access is available throughout the unit and building.
*Prepare meals in our fully equipped kitchen.
*Enjoy time in our gym equipped with exercise and cardio equipment or play a round of tennis on our second floor tennis court...both overlook the Destin Harbor.
*Our lush and beautiful pool area is located waterfront and leads to our private East Pass beach. A hot tub is nestled right beside the pool for a relaxing soak.
Water Taxi service (IN SEASON) is also available if you are not in the mood for traffic No designated driver needed just enjoy your trip through the harbor to many of the restaurants that grace the waters edge and ride home enjoying the sights of Destin by moonlight.
We are sorry but no ealry check in or late check out requests can be honored during peak summer rental season.
