Big back yard, property setback from street frontage for quiet and serenity. This is a resort style complex on acreage lot, zoned access and separated entrance for each renter. Laundry facility inside the house. Shared swimming pool. Garage area is not included in the rent for guest.

-- Swim at your own Risk, no climbing, Host will not be responsible for injuries or accident. Access common areas (swimming pool, laundry facility, back yards usage) at guest OWN RISK because they are not part of the rented space. Do Not move or tamper any setting in the common area without permission as they are maintained by 3rd parties. Pool will be opened seasonal April 15th to September 15th and from 8am to 8pm for safety
