Our Penthouse sleeps 2 to 7 people, the large Caribbean facing room has king bed, single sleep sofa, flat screen TV', Sky satellite service, DVD, stereo, wireless internet. The dining area and kitchenette are completely equipped. The high pitched ceiling adds to the attractiveness of the contemporary Mexican decor.
The lagoon facing room has 2 double beds, a small fridge and basic dishes. Both rooms have a balcony, and there is a large private rooftop terrace with terrace furniture and potted plants. This terrace has both sea and lagoon rooms.
My husband and I are on site. We have lived in Cancun for over 20 years and are completely bilingual and bicultural. We include every other day cleaning in all our short term rentals and have great discounted rates if your stay is more than 30 days.
