One king bedroom with TV, one queen bedroom w TV, one room with queen over queen bunk beds, a pullout in the living room, and a queen mattress in a sleeping loft (ladder climb). Comfy screened back porch w TV. Beautiful back yard for birdwatching, wildlife sightings, playing games, grilling.
