Newly Renovated Rear home. Great family vacation spot. Walking distance to Seaside Heights Boardwalk and Beach. Completely separate structure features A/C, outdoor deck, 2 Bedrooms, 2 Bathrooms, WIFI, Cable , full kitchen with Microwave, range, oven, refrigerator, and dish washer, Washer/Dryer, Office desk for remote work(with wired internet if needed), parking readily available
Rear home can be accessed by walkway on the east side of the property or the driveway on the west side. Driveway can be used for easy loading and unloading. Garage can also be used to store a stroller or bicycle if you like.
The driveway may be used for parking during times of high volume on the street but these are rare and street parking is usually more convenient. Readily available parking directly across the street.
The entrance leads into the cathedral ceiling living room and gives the home a very open feel. Just to the left is the counter top bar and kitchen. The first floor also features 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom and the laundry room.
Moving upstairs is the loft with a flat folding couch and a remote work space. Just past the loft is the master bedroom that connects to its private bathroom. Master bedroom has partial bay view.
The outdoor deck area gets sun all day long and is a great spot for eating or hanging out in the summer, day or night(Great outdoor lighting). Please be courteous to the very friendly neighbors and keep volume down late at night.
Parking is very easy on Porter Ave, unlike most blocks in Seaside, this section of Porter Ave has free parking on the other side of the street. Parking rarely fills up because of this.
The beach and boardwalk are an easy walk right from the home.
