Positive: Very secure, clean, reasonable price, in central location of food and shops.

Negative: It’s not very handicapped accessible at the front entrance of the building, too many stairs and at times the security won’t wouldn’t allow a taxi or car service take my mom inside to the elevator when she was sick and weak
