Kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator and range, so you can enjoy u.A home cooked meal without leaving the beach. In addition, the apartment has a large deck with outdoor furniture so you can relax and enjoy the beach action from afar.
Rental comes with two parking spaces. One located directly on the premises and the second located one block away at corner of purtill ave and breen ave, parking spot w. Parking pass will be located inside the property and must be displayed on dashboard.
Beach passes will also be located inside the apartment and must be used when using the beach as security will be checking beach passes during the busy summer season.
Electronic keys will also be located in apartment for access to nearby hartford avenue.
All beach passes, electronic keys, and parking pass must be left at the rental property at the end of your stay. A $10 charge will be deducted from security deposit for each of missing key or pass.
All grills on premises are free to use during your stay. Please replace propane as required.
