Positive: Hot water

Negative: Location of apartment has some some questionable characters hanging around begging outside doors and hallways. Single bed needs replacing it has an awful mattress. Pull out couch is dreadful and not for anyone to sleep on for a night. Alot of things need fixing up in the apartment e.g windows,socket,counter tops ect The area is not a friendly place for family's or women to be around alone at anytime of the day. Party's late at night until 4.30am. The price of this apartment for 1 night is completely unjustified. I couldn't recommend it to anyone apartment from maybe students. The host communication skills are below what they should be for any accommodation services. All around a disappointment I definitely wouldn't be returning.
