Travel Purpose: business

Positive: The hotel is a bit outside the city but sits right in a business area, which was perfect for me as my meetings were in one of the nearby business centres. The place feels modern and the facilities are very good – I particularly enjoyed the well-equipped gym. Both the bar and the restaurant are quiet and offer good service. There’s also a shopping mall just across the street with plenty of shopping and dining options.

Negative: My biggest disappointment was the inconsistency of the staff. Some were genuinely friendly and helpful, while a few others had the complete opposite – quite indifferent – attitude. There was a staff-only room next to my room. I was woken up after 7am by a member of staff who was loudly chatting on her mobile, both in that room and in the corridor, and it went on for hours until she eventually got busy with something else.

Summary: Strong and convenient option for a business traveller.
