Positive: The property itself had everything, and more, that we needed for a short stay. The view out the windows toward the ocean was lovely, especially on the King Tides weekend. Exactly what I pictured. I loved the fireplace and wish I made use of the big, jetted bathtub, but we ran out of time. A parking spot right at the front door was nice, with stairs leading up to a half wraparound patio. It was easy to find the house and easy to get in. Very, very good location. We might come back, if only to have that backyard view again!

Negative: The bed was super unsupportive and gave me a backache that has lasted for days. I could have sworn the property was listed as having a king size bed, but looking back at the property details, it is listed one time as having a queen, otherwise it said the property has "one bed". With a toss and turn partner, both of us were uncomfortable and I ended up sleeping on the couch for part of a night. Not very romantic for a wedding weekend. Also, I asked for a good dusting prior to arrival when asked if we had any special requests, because I have a severe dust allergy, but this place was still pretty dusty in spots. I'm not entirely sure my request was followed through on. Particularly windows sills and light fixtures, and there are a lot of decorations that are dust collectors on top of the high shelves by the ceiling, such as fishing net. My allergies definitely spoke to me, loud and clear, during our stay. The carbon monoxide detector went a little crazy. Not sure if it needed new batteries, but once we figured out where the continual beeping was coming from, we had to unplug it. The other detector was not beeping. The shower was open, without a curtain, in the jetted tub, so it isn't private. It would also be an issue for anyone with mobility issues to be able to get in and out of it. The bathroom walls don't go all the way up to the ceiling, so that was also not very private.

Summary: Perseverance- would love to return after a new bed is installed
