The listed room rate is for each individual bedroom per night booked. Maximum 2 guest for this bedroom.
There is an additional fee of $30 per might for the second guest when sharing a room. Cleanly fee is for each individual bedroom on the policy

- No smoking, marijuana, drugs, alcohol and No illegal activities, No Eating and drinking at bedrooms and No Pet
- No outside shoes inside the unit. Use inside shoes that we provided.
- Laundry is free for guests staying one week or more, otherwise will be a fee of $10/load for the washer and dryer.

- We do not provide daily cleaning,only once after check out. If you want cleaning during your stay, we offer cleaning services for a fee.
- It is a self- Cleaning kitchen and bathroom, So Clean Up After Used ( including dinning table) .
- Light meals only, and no strong odours or smells when cooking
- Our guest suite is on a prime traffic street with cars, vans and trucks. You may hear the traffic noise in the day time, but it is more quiet at night.
