Positive: Perfect Location for shopping and winter gardens. Staff brilliant from start to finish. Understanding of additional needs and incredibly friendly and accommodating. Room clean and spacious. Well stocked coffee/ tea facilities and lovely fully stocked bathroom. Will definitely return and would recommend
