Positive: Parts of the property were picturesque and it was in a central location

Negative: The bathrooms were dirty and the water pressure was awful. The property had some very outdated policies and didn’t offer very basic things. They made a fuss over towels which weren’t clean in the first place. They collect your keycard everytime you leave the hotel. They run breakfast from 9am and charge for a brown bag with a sandwich when all the other hotels in cusco cater for peoples early tour times and starts. It actually seems like they do this on purpose to get out of providing guests breakfast. I stayed in 4 hotels over 2 weeks in Cusco and this was the worst service, cleanliness and policies. Theres plenty of other options so I would not recommend
